    • The shopping cart is not available / visible in the shop, also not able to add any products to cart.
    • Also the Brands slider does not display the brands / logo's.
    • Translations to Dutch don't work. When I select Dutch translation I get below error:
    Unable to load \"/home/uXXXXXXXXXXX/domains/lechiqueinterior.nl/public_html/shop/app/Resources/translations/nl-NL/1.6modulesfollowuptranslationsnl-NL.php\": [ERROR 47] ParsePI: PI php never end ... (in n/a - line 56, column 1)\n[ERROR 4] Start tag expected, \'
    • Last but not least; when I was trying to do the translations it looks like the theme crashed. I have lost all settings and changes to the theme, but also lost all my PS content pages and all Product Names are changed to N/A as well as some Category Names changed to very old values.

    Is the theme even fully functional or is it some kind of beta? Please support to have the products back to normal and solve above issues.

    Hi Akin,

    We have check your product in backoffice.

    All of your products have no image, no name. Some product is ok in Backoffice and they display properly in frontend. https://lechiqueinterior.nl/shop/potten/883/schelpen-bowl-wit-70-x-36-cm/

    Backoffice is the default Prestashop function. Our theme does not impact on it.

    You can try with the default version, when installing our theme every product information is kept intact.

    If your previous product is full of information inside the backoffice. Possibly due to 3rd party module or some wrong operation from admin.

    Hello,

    In my previous post I wrote that the product names issue was solved. The theme has 3 issues:

    1. No shopping cart

    2. No logos at Brands slider

    3. Not possible to Translate theme

    Could you please support on these 3 items?

    Hi Akin,

    1. Please disable catalog mode to show shoping cart Shop Parameters > Product Settings
    2. Now it's ok. We only regenerate thumbnails on Design > image settings
    3. Your BO is showing error with debug mode. May be your database is missing value classname. We need your databse access to check it.
