    Hello:

    Whenever we try to add content with Elementor on the product page, we have an error when saving.
    The editor works fine, but when saving and exiting, an invalid Security Token error appears.
    The content is usually saved correctly, but the error always appears.

    It only happens when using Elementor in the product page. Below description.
    All other uses of Elementor work fine.

    Can you tell me how to edit the megamenu?
    I know that I once managed to see the Drap & drop section, but I don't know how to go back.

    According to the test this is a token mismatch error.

    This error will be fixed in the next update.

    You are using Megamenu from Akira 1.0.

    Please remove all Akira 1.0 related modules before installing Akira 2.0

    Hello:

    I have removed the theme.
    I have disabled the modules.
    I have removed the modules from the theme.
    I have cleared the cache.
    I have reinstalled the theme. (2.0.0 akira_theme_installations_file.zip)
    I have activated the theme.

    And I still have the same mistakes that I had before.
    In the Theme it appears that it is 1.0.0.
    The megamenu uses the old version.
    Adding content with elementor to products shows a Security Token error.

    I would appreciate your help.

    One step is missing: delete the modules folder of all the modules coming from Akira 1.0

    Hello:

    I have uninstalled it twice again and it still gives the same problems.
    In Themes it appears that it is Akira version 1.0.0.
    When editing a product with elementor, when exiting it gives a Token error.
    When trying to edit the Megamenu, it does not allow drag and drop.

    I have removed the Theme again.

    Can you tell me if there is anything else I need to delete before installing?

    Hello:

    I had to restore a backup, because when uploading it from scratch I was getting Elementor problems again.
    The one called Akira 1.0.0 is because in the theme.yml it keeps putting 1.0.0
    But the Megamenu bug I can't detect.
    And the versions of the modules are all 2 or higher.

    Are you sure you used akira_theme_installations_file.zip to install Akira 2.0?

    This is the file in the package you downloaded from Themeforest.

    Hello:

    100% sure.
    Yesterday I downloaded it again from Themesforest, in case there was an update.
    When I unzip the aira_theme_installations_file.zip file and open the theme.yml file, it says Akira 1.0.0
    I am sending you a screenshot of the file and its path.
    Everything works fine, even Elementor, except in these two cases.

    Version 1.0.0 in them theme.yml file is our missing. You can change it to 2.0.0.

    Can you describe more clearly the error you are having with Elementor?

    Hello:

    I have two errors. Not three.


    1.- When I edit a product, by clicking Add extended content with - Elementor, I access the Elementor editor.
    I create the content and save it. All right. It keeps well.
    But, when I click on Go to Back-office, the Token error that I have sent you in the image appears.
    It is not a serious problem. The content is saved.

    2.- In the Megamenu module, the Drag & Drop screen does not appear. I can only edit with wysiwyg.

    3.- I now have a third error. When I go to edit a page with Elementor, it appears like the image I send you. Without the content visible in the preview. But I can edit.

    1. We will fix this error in the next update. Please wait!
    2. The Megamenu upgrade allows for more customization. However, Drag & drop is only available in Akira 1.0.0

    Currently you are on maintenance mode so this error appears.

    You can disable the maintenance mode to work as before.
