    I have Prestashop 1.7.6.3 on which I cannot update because my provider limits that function. The problem I have is that I cannot see the images of the products on the frontend. The rest of the images of the CMS I see them perfect, I even regenerated the thumbs and in the backend if I see the images of each product but I still do not see them in the front.

    Hi Bisiestoadministracion,

    As we have described, Akira is only compatible with Prestashop 1.7.7.x and above and specifically 1.7.7.4 and later.

    You are using Prestashop 1.7.6.x and it is not working well.

    Please upgrade your Prestashop to the latest version. If you cannot upgrade Prestashop you can use Akira 2.2.x and must accept the bugs discovered on this version.

    Thanks, you can then tell me how to access the latest version of AKIRA compatible with my Prestashop 1.7.6.3. From ThemeForest I only have access to the latest version akira_theme_installations_file_v232

    As a child theme do I use the same as the previous one? or you can send me the one corresponding to this version.
