    Firstly, I need another installation licence. I first installed this yesterday and it did not appear to install correctly. So today I wiped everything and started again but it won't allow me to activate as it says the licence has already been used. I am only doing one website with it.

    Part of the problem and why I wiped it is that there were only two home pages and one footer. This was advertised as 4 home pages, multiple footers etc. Can you advise please. 

    Also, your documentation is very out of date and it is very difficult, if not impossible, to follow. You don't have the correct theme name, I have no idea what to do with some of the files in the package as there is no explanation. 

    Please advise. Thank you.

    An update to the documentation will be released soon online.

    For installation please use the latest file in the package you downloaded called akira_theme_installations_file_v233.zip

    You did NOT address the issue of the licence.

    I cannot use the copy I have paid for as I deleted everything off my server as there were no correct, up to date instructions on how to install this. 

    As I thought there may be an underlying issue, I deleted your theme as well as prestashop from the server. I have then reinstalled it all but your them will not accept they licence key saying it has already been activated.

    The key IS NOT BEING USED AT ALL. 

    I need another key please.

    There has already been considerable delay because you are not supplying correct instructions. 

    There is then further delay when I contact you and you ignore the first problem.

    Kindly give a correct response and stop causing delays. I have paid for this and I have the legal right to use it. 

    My precious work time is being wasted due to your unwillingness to address core problems.

    Hi,

    Your license has been refreshed and can be activated.

    The license only works for one domain at a time. You need to deactivate it if you want to install on a new domain (picture attached).
