    Hello, I relate several problems. I am trying in vain to solve them. One day it works, the next day it doesn't. My site does not display anymore and I think it is related to the theme. Another problem is that I make changes via AXON and I save the changes and when I consult the online store, nothing has been changed, I still have the original template and not modified.

    I emptied the caches of different folders and it does not solve the problem. I have not yet touched the heart of prestashop or yourtemplate that I do overide on the child theme.

    I bought a theme to make my work easier and I'm wasting days solving problems that shouldn't have at this stage. 

    Can you help me to understand the errors?

    I hope you won't take 5 days to answer me like the last tickets

    The contact page in your look is not taken into account because I see on the site that it is the default page that is highlighted. Why is this?
    It is impossible to add additional fields like name and phone number why? because it would have been very nice to be able to really customize the contact page.

    We need your BO credentials.

    Unfortunately, Prestashop currently does not provide a tool to edit contact forms.

    You can choose to use the default Contact form or the contact form from Axon-Creator as attached image.

    Hello,

    I don't understand why the mail is not sent on the contact page but I'll look in detail at the source code. I thought it was going to be configurable but I see that it is not. 

    As far as the hooks and interfaces of the site are translated into French halfway. Do I have to do it manually in the child theme for it to be taken into account?
    Other hook problems I can't change anything like displayShoppingCartFooter. We can add divs but we can't modify the existing one. Can you confirm?

    Sincerement sorry.

    I found the solution to the translation problem except that I have 4 that don't register. I fill in and validate and when I go out and come back on the translation is not taken into account. I have translated everything but the 4 remaining ones that don't want to register and I don't know why. However I have the registration message validated.

    I have translated everything but these 4 that do not save my translations, yet I have the validation message that tells me it is saved and when I go to the 2nd tab to correct the other 2, nothing is validated.

    I have translated everything in the child theme template and until it is recognized correctly I cannot give you the missing translations

    For info the child theme is installed but not recognized as a conflict. I even changed the image of the child theme to find it.

    I have uninstalled the theme empty the cache, delete on the panel and when I reinstall the theme I have 2 same parent template images displayed and when I install the child theme I have a 3rd parent theme displayed.

    I didn't do anything special to be honest except customize in front and translation

    it is really improbable

    and the message contact the mail that does not send.

    I called the hosters and they don't understand, they think the emodule is blocking. There is no specific module to install just the necessary for sending and payment. The basis of a prestashop site.

    Now the themes are displayed correctly. You just need to empty this folder to completely remove the theme cache. root/config/themes/

    Thank you very much for your responsiveness but can you tell me why on the contact page the message does not send? I have explained in my previous emails that everything is in order on the hebrgeur side and that this is a problem with your theme. Is there any setting to do?

    I mentioned a translation problem on my old tickets that you still haven't answered for a week now. I explained to you that I have translated all your child theme except that there are 4 that do not validate even though I have the registration success message.

    Since I reactivated the child theme, all my settings that I had set have disappeared. The "buy now" /"achetez maintenant" button, I had managed to remove it but I didn't know how. Is there an axon module that regulates this or do I have to go into the axon core to delete manually?

    Inside the Akira Child theme you are overwriting all the files and modules of the parent theme, this leads to when updating the parent Akira all files are used by the child theme and are not updated.

    You should only overwrite files that you have modified within the Akira child theme.

    You need to deal with this first, we currently don't know if the error is related to the file you edited inside the Akira child theme.

    We tried 4 translations for Akira child theme, all saved, no need for missing translation.

    Please retranslate these 4 translations as we only entered the incorrect test translation.

    You need to recall the edited files if the number of them is small. If you can't recall the files, you need to compare with akira parent.

    Other problems include the contact page not working. The mail is not sent. Is it possible to use the default mail in test without overriding axon.This could allow us to see if it works

    We just use the browser and press save, without any tricks or tools to help with this translation.

    You can also find the translation in database(ps_translate) but then you have to hit the save button in the translation page for the translation to be applied.

    You can try using a different browser, Firefox is a good choice for website building process.

    Thank you for this video but you didn't recheck the translations you will see that the translation you added indicated that it was recorded but if you go back you will see that it didn't take into account at least what I just checked it didn't take into account your French translation. That's what I've been trying to tell you

    You need to understand that the translation system comes from Prestashop and is completely unrelated to the Akira theme.

    If you can only translate Classic theme but not Akira, all other themes except Classic cannot be translated.

    Thank you very much for your answer... last question why does the contact page not work? You still haven't answered my question and it's been 3 weeks that I've been asking it every time and still no answer. When I fill in the fields and click on send, it does nothing. No error message, no sending. And everything is set up of course. I've already checked with my web host, they can't figure out where the problem is coming from other than the theme. The mailbox is functional at least as far as I have checked. When I'm in debug mode it sends. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm sure it's not a problem. What's the solution?

    Hi,

    The contact us page uses javascript to determine the token for security. Tokens change over time and can only be used once.

    However your page has some kind of JS cache that we didn't find on the Prestashop source code, token is not refreshed you can't send message. So most of the first times it will be sent, but we have removed javascript, the token is used directly, every time the message is sent, the page will automatically reload, the token is also refreshed.

    I searched for days for the reason and never thought of this. Thank you for your explanations and for solving this problem. If I clear the cache of my host or prestashop it won't work? I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use the js again.

    Hello, I will need information with your theme:
    1/ I would like the items to be destocked after payment and not while they are in the shopping cart. Because when the customer leaves his order in his cart and he does not validate the same day his order but later, the stock is in negative while it is available.

    2/ I want to personalise the product sheet, I have to add an option to be ticked on the personalisation of a first name, a font and 5 colours. Is it possible to do this with your theme? I can't see where to do it except to create new blocks underneath.

    Hello, I'm coming back to you for 2 problems that I think can be solved. 
    I have deactivated the emodule and reactivated, we lose the customization of the module? as on the first screenshot?

    On the 2nd module there are items that do not exist in my products and that I find here at the bottom of the photo or I can modify and delete these items that do not exist? I have looked in the product dashboard and there is nothing.


    Finally I managed to remove the ghost visuals on phpmyadmin and megamenu with css.

    I solved the problem by adding some css. It was by deactivating social button and reactivating I didn't keep my css changes made before. 

    Don't take my message into account unless there is an easier way or an access that allows you to do it. I am open to suggestions and I will take note for the next times

    However, I have another request. The maintenance page conflicts with another maintenance page. Is your template not taking over? or is it the other way around? because when I customized it, I ended up with 2 maintenance page designs

    Unfortunately, we currently do not support editing the maintenance page using Axon - Creator.

    You can use homepage with a coming soon design to replace maintenance mode.
