Followed the documentation. 1. Documentation dosen’t mention anything about child theme – what included and probably needed. 2. Documentation dosen’t mention anything about modules what comes with theme. 3. Can’t activate the theme because “Cannot install module sekeywords. The module sekeywords could not be found on Addons.”

I'll give it a try with reinstall of prestashop - it seems that other version is broken prestashop.
You have no more activations left. Please upgrade to a more advanced license (you'll only need to cover the difference).

What we gonna do with activation key? I can't reinstall theme.
Please reinstall Prestashop and use Akira 2.3.8 to install the theme.
Your license has been refreshed, you can also use the license migration tool to activate the license on a new site and deactivate the old site.
