After updating the theme folder (/themes/akira/) you need to find the folder /themes/akira/dependencies/modules/ and update your modules folder (root/modules/).
After updating the directory, go to BO > Modules and click the upgrade module button if available.

While trying to apply the automated upgrade methot i saw this notice
We will update Akira modules and theme in /themes/akira. If your theme name has changed you will have to do it manually.
Since i have renamed the akira folder on my server i'm looking for instructions on how to do the upgrade manually.
