I have activated the newsletter pop up with the mail sign up form and the minus button. I hijacked the function of the newsletter pop up to display only a title and a text below. As you can see on the attached pictures, the texts do not appear at all and when I look in the code (in screenshot) there is no text at all.
yes I have deactivated the registration form because I don't need it. I just want the title and the description to appear only. Is it possible? I tried to add the form and it does not appear either. I updated the TPL file and report on model 3 and still the same problem. I have already updated the changes and cleared the host cache.

We noticed that you turned off form rendering, so your popup only has an image.
For your customizations, you need to test it yourself.

Unfortunately, now you need to edit the tpl file to display as desired.
Please update the file that we have attached and configure as attached image. root\modules\nrtpopupnewsletter\views\templates\hook\popup-1.tpl
For types 2-3-4 you need to edit the corresponding file.

You need to choose style 1 for aligned text.

When turning on debug mode BO encountered an error with the overwritten file you added (attached image)
Please check these errors again before we can test the popup. You should also use PHP 7.4 for best performance.
