I have a problem with customizing the product description. Unfortunately I cannot use the latest prestashop version and skin because I am using a module that requires prestashop version 1.7.7.2
The problem occurs when I want to edit the product description with AXONCREATOR.
Error text:
Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.
You must call 'the content' function in the current template. Screenshots in the attachment.
I thought it was a browser or cache issue but on the hyperbook.pro target domain the problem persists. What did you do to add a description?
Update: I copied the themes folder from one server to another and the product description started working. I understand that some changes have been made to the files.

first, you need to configure PHP to 7.3 this is the highest version available for Prestashop 1.7.7.x https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/#php-compatibility-chart
Is your product viewable outside of Frontoffice?

Thank you for your response. I tested the store on PHP 7.2 and 7.3, unfortunately the error still occurs. The product page is displayed correctly:

We have normally added the product description you mentioned with AxonCreator.

We just tested the website's Backoffice and found everything to be working properly.
Go to edit product and click edit button as attached picture.
We do not change any files.
