i'm just trying to setup akira, IMPORT DEMO CONTENT and the homepage show me the error with AxonCreator... i'm following the video installation instructions provided with the theme.

Can you describe in more detail where you are using AxonCreator? Did you use Classic theme then reactivate Akira?
Which versions of Prestashop and Akira are you using?

when i go to "learn more button" i just found this.

Please do click "add hook for theme" button to fix this error.
If the error persists, please provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access to the site.
