I hope you can assist. We purchased this template a while ago and ran a test installation on a test domain, it worked well. We had to however delay our deployment due to wanting to upgrade to Prestashop 8.X instead.
Now we have a test domain setup again and trying to get the template finalised after our Migration so we can take it live, however the license cannot be migrated? We have tried using the Migration tool however it is not accepting the change from the old test domain.
It does not permit submission of a ticket and asks to extend support for the license. But this is not a support issue, this is a function to migrate the license to the correct domain which is failing to operate correctly. This is a function that should be working throughout the lifetime of the product?

You are creating tickets in the sales directory and there is no technician to help you.
Please create a new ticket in the correct Akira item category and get help as soon as possible.
