    Hello,

    In the product options selection popup, in phone browsers, only the images of the default option are loaded, while by choosing other product options, the relevant image is almost always not loaded or only the thumbnail appears. 

    It's not a cache issue (already tested with all caches disabled)

    The error occurs only in mobile mode, while with desktop browser it works normally. 

    You can try at page https://www.ilba.it/en/spinners selecting the first products "ROBIN"

    Looks like you're being cached. Please clear the browser cache on the mobile device you are using.

    Already tried clearing the local cache: that's not the problem...

    The photos you have sent are refered to default product option! In this case images are always displayed!

    Please try into product ROBIN to select different colours (more that twince!) and you will see the issue. Tested on Android and Iphone mobile, usually from the third choice of option it starts to no longer show the photos.

    Can you tell me which device you are using?

    Can you record a video from clearing browser cache on your Android device?

    Have you tried testing the site on another android device?

    We tested on Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra device and did not have any problems like the video you sent.

    If you are not on the latest version, please update Akira to our latest version 2.4.5.8 to see if the error is fixed.

    I noticed that in the Themes Back Office, the version shown of AKIRA is 2.3.9 but 1 Click Upgrade module say that the installed version is the last available 2.4.8.5. It is correct?

    According to the photo you sent, your Akira is on version 2.4.0

    You need to upgrade to the latest version 2.4.5.8

    I have just update to the new version 2.4.5.9 with 1 Click Upgrade module. Probably last update had not been completed correctly.
