some customers can't add items to cart: if the click on button "Add to cart" or "Select the option" the empty cart page opens.
These customers tried with several browsers on pc and mobile, with the same issue. As we are not able to replicate this issue locally from our company headquarters, it seems that this problems occurs only in certain locations in Italy (network nodes?).

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

No errors shown by PC Browsers. Also on mobile browers same issue without errors.
I can't ask to my custores to became IT technicians to debug my site!
I can't see any error because I can't recreate the conditions that create it (and I don't even know what they might be!). From my devices all is ok.

Cookies must exist for add to cart to function properly.
